通过调查,发现大多数农村中小学数学教师比较注重日常学习,其学习内容比较广泛,学习方式比较多样,但学习效果有待进一步提高.为此,在日常学习中,农村中小学数学教师需要关注学习观念、学习资源、知识转化等方面的问题.

Through an investigation about the middle country teachers, there were some findings: most teachers paid attention to everyday learning, their learning content were extensive, their learning way were diversity. But their learning effect should be improved. So, learning conception, learning sources and knowledge translation should be noticed.
