搭建了喂入角可调式玉米摘穗切茎试验台,对影响玉米植株切碎合格率的主要因素进行了正交试验,较优组合为喂入角90°、行进速度0.7m/s、摘穗辊转速1 000r/min、动刀轴转速1 980r/min、喂入角对其有显著影响:喂入角0°时,玉米植株运动发生90°转向,出现严重喂入不畅,切碎合格率约为72.8%;喂入角30°时,在喂入过程中,依然有喂入不畅通,产生间歇性,影响了茎秆切碎效果,切碎合格率约为87.6%;喂入角90°时,摘穗辊旋转有助于玉米植株的喂入及切碎,切碎合格率约为97 .6%. 同时,通过分析玉米植株受切运动,推导出数学模型,并运用高速摄像技术对运动轨迹进行同步捕捉追踪,经MatLab 拟合处理,找到了喂入角对切碎效果影响的关键因素.

Designed structures and setting up a cut stems harvesting corn test bench of corn plant feeding angle adjusta -ble .In order to find out the best level of every factor and the primary and secondary factors in four factors by range analy -sis of orthogonal test .The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal of cutting effect of corn on variable feeding angle cutting corn stalks device operation combination was:ear-snapping roll angle 90°, advance speed 0.7m/s, snap-ping roller rotate speed 1000 r/min and knife shaft rotate speed 1980 r/min in a given level .Feeding angles have a signif-icant impact to the cutting effect of corn plants on variable feeding angle cutting corn stalks device .The study reaches that when feeding angle is 0 °, the chopped pass rate is about 72 .8%, because the maize plants movement happened 90 °steering , producing dynamic impact .And when feeding angle is 30 °, the chopped pass rate is about 87 .6%.This re-sult is caused by as follows this reason that the transmission process on feeding channel is intermittent caused that the feeding of maize plants is not unimpeded and affects the chopped pass rate .And when feeding angle is 90 °, the chopped pass rate is approximately 97 .6% because snapping rolls rotation is conducive to maize plants feeding and being chopped .The corn plant function relation between the shear movements is established by analyzing the movement of maize plants in the cutting stems harvesting corn test bench of corn plant feeding angle adjustable .The final motion mathematical model between the shear movements is deduced through the two angular adjustments .The motion trajectory of maize plants on the cut stems harvesting corn test bench of corn plant feeding angle adjustable was clearly captured and tracked by the high speed photography technology during the experiments .Finally , the drawing was plotted and the test data was fitted by MATLAB software to reveal the essence of chopped effects on the feed angle .
