顶推施工法工艺成熟,广泛应用于桥梁工程中,而预制沉管顶推工艺不同于传统的顶推施工法,多点支撑同步顶推的施工工艺,对顶推的同步性、设备的要求更高,尤其是顶推滑板的选型,直接关系到顶推施工中沉管的安全与质量。通过多次对顶推滑板进行选型与结构优化,保证了港珠澳大桥沉管顶推施工的安全及工效。
頂推施工法工藝成熟,廣汎應用于橋樑工程中,而預製沉管頂推工藝不同于傳統的頂推施工法,多點支撐同步頂推的施工工藝,對頂推的同步性、設備的要求更高,尤其是頂推滑闆的選型,直接關繫到頂推施工中沉管的安全與質量。通過多次對頂推滑闆進行選型與結構優化,保證瞭港珠澳大橋沉管頂推施工的安全及工效。

The pushing construction technology is mature, and widely used in bridge engineering. However, the pushing technology for prefabricated immersed tube is different from the traditional pushing construction method, it is a construction technology of the multi point supporting synchronous pushing, and the synchronization push and equipment requirements are higher, especially for the selection of push plate, which is directly related to the safety and quality of construction to push the immersed tube. Through repeated selection and structure optimization of the push plate, we ensured the safety and efficiency for pushing construction of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
