设计 FAM 及其与低熔点金属及合金的配合的烧结曲线实验,分别研究了(1)FAM101;(2) FAM102;(3)FAM102+ FeCu;(4)FAM101+ Cu+ Zn;(5)FAM101+ FeCuNiSn;(6)FAM102+ FeCu-NiSn+ Cu+ Zn 等体系,通过热压烧结绘出烧结曲线。分别研究了各组粉末烧结体的密度、硬度、抗弯强度性能,探讨不同方法生产的预合金粉末在金刚石工具胎体配方中的协同作用。
設計 FAM 及其與低鎔點金屬及閤金的配閤的燒結麯線實驗,分彆研究瞭(1)FAM101;(2) FAM102;(3)FAM102+ FeCu;(4)FAM101+ Cu+ Zn;(5)FAM101+ FeCuNiSn;(6)FAM102+ FeCu-NiSn+ Cu+ Zn 等體繫,通過熱壓燒結繪齣燒結麯線。分彆研究瞭各組粉末燒結體的密度、硬度、抗彎彊度性能,探討不同方法生產的預閤金粉末在金剛石工具胎體配方中的協同作用。
설계 FAM 급기여저용점금속급합금적배합적소결곡선실험,분별연구료(1)FAM101;(2) FAM102;(3)FAM102+ FeCu;(4)FAM101+ Cu+ Zn;(5)FAM101+ FeCuNiSn;(6)FAM102+ FeCu-NiSn+ Cu+ Zn 등체계,통과열압소결회출소결곡선。분별연구료각조분말소결체적밀도、경도、항만강도성능,탐토불동방법생산적예합금분말재금강석공구태체배방중적협동작용。
Systems of (1)FAM101,(2)FAM102,(3)FAM102+ FeCu,(4)FAM101+ Cu+Zn,(5)FAM101+FeCuNiSn and(6)FAM102+FeCuNiSn+ Cu+ Zn etc have been stud-ied through FAM design and its sintering curve experiment with low melting point metal and alloy.Sintering curve has been drawn through hot pressed sintering.Density,hard-ness,bending strength of the sintered compacts of different group of powders have been studied separately and the synergistic effect of the prealloy powders prepared by different techniques in the formula of diamond tool matrix has been discussed.
