目的 建立SD大鼠全腰动脉结扎腰髓缺血模型,观察腰髓形态与功能早期变化特点.方法 将66只SD大鼠随机分为A、B两组,A组12只(仅腰动脉分离),B组54只(全腰动脉阻断).术后48 h内行神经功能评定法(BMS评分),腰髓氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色,分析后肢功能与染色面积的关系.结果 术后BMS评分,A组由(8.33±0.52)分恢复至(9.00±0.00)分,B组由(0.25±0.41)分恢复至(8.83±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组与B组TTC染色对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 SD大鼠全腰动脉结扎将造成腰髓缺血、功能缺失,48 h内腰髓血供逐渐恢复,后肢功能随之恢复,适于短期脊髓缺血损伤与恢复研究.

Objective To observe the early changes of the hindlimb motor function and lumbar spinal cord ischemia after SD rat lumbar arteries ligation.Methods Sixty-six SD rats were randomly assigned to group A (n =12) and group B (n =54).In group A, all lumbar arteries were separated.In ggroup B, lumbar arteries were ligated.Basso Mouse Scale (BMS) scored in 48 h after operation to evaluate hind limbs locomotion function.The lumbar spinal cord was subjected to triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining to evaluate staining area and position.Results BMS score was increased from (8.83 ± 0.52) to (9.00 ±0.00) in group A, and that in group B from (0.25 ±0.41) to (8.83 ±0.41).There was significant difference between group A and group B (P < 0.05).There was significant difference in TTC staining area between group A and group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion The ligation of lumbar arteries in the SD rats can cause lumbar spinal cord ischemia and hindlimb function loss.The blood supply of the spinal cord can be gradually restored within 48 h, and subsequently the hindlimb function is improved.The model is suitable for lumbar spinal ischemia and recovery research.
