目的 探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)和Girdin在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系.方法 利用免疫组织化学Envision法检测88例乳腺癌组织及相应癌旁组织中AEG-1和Girdin的表达水平.结果 AEG-1在乳腺癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(85.23%比15.91%,P<0.01),AEG-1表达水平与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P< 0.05);Girdin在乳腺癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(52.27%比12.50%,P<0.01),Girdin表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 检测乳腺癌中AEG-1和Girdin表达水平可有助于预测乳腺癌的生物学行为.

Objective To investigate the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) and Girdin in breast carcinoma and its correlation with the clinicopathologic features.Methods The expression of AEG-1 and Girdin was detected by immunohistochemical Envision technique in 88 cases of breast carcinoma tissues and paired non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues.Results The expression rate of AEG-1 in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that in the paired non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (85.23% vs.15.91%, P <0.01).The expression of AEG-1 was related breast carcinoma to tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).The expression rate of Girdin in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that in paired non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (52.27% vs.12.50%, P < 0.01).The expression of Girdin was related breast carcinoma to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Conclusion The detection of AEG-1 and Girdin in the breast carcinoma may be helpful for predicting the biological behavior of the breast carcinoma.
