调顶技术是实现G.metro系统TEE波长自动调谐的一种方案,调顶信号对于波分复用系统的性能会有一定影响,通过对10G和100G波分系统中调顶信号对系统影响的测试,精心选择调顶信号的频率和调制深度,应用调顶信号后可以使系统性能的劣化控制在可接受范围内。

Pilot tone can be used to realize TEE automatic wavelength tuning in G.metro. However,the performance of the system may be deteriorated due to involvement of pilot tone. Based on the test on 10G and 100G WDM,when the frequency and modula-tion depth of pilot tone are careful y selected,the degradation of pilot tone to system performance can be control ed to an ac-ceptable level.
