针对工业硅出硅炉眼损坏快和保养难这一技术难题,采用一种炉眼修复的新技术,即用凿大孔径的凿岩机对炉眼进行凿眼处理,并镶嵌高导热、耐冲刷、抗热震性能优良的石墨碳套.对新技术使用前后炉眼的各项指标进行了综合比较分析,包括产品产量、质量、跑眼、喷火次数和使用寿命.比较结果表明,各项指标均优于使用传统修复方法的炉眼,创效明显.

Since industrial silicon taphole damage is fast and hard to maintain, a new technology of repairing the taphole is adopted. Namely, the taphole is processed with the larger diameter driller, and embedded graphitic carbon sets with high thermal conductivity, resistance to erosion, excellent thermal shock resistance. Comprehensively compares all indexes of taphole before and after using the new technology, including product yields, product quality, leakage times, breaking out times and working life. The results show that the indexes are better than those of the conventional repair method, the economic benefits are obvious.
