针对现有免耕播种机的缺陷,对现有的技术方案进行了创新和改进,设计了一台全新实用的免耕播种机.针对当前免耕播种机不能调整株距的问题,设计了多级链轮调节系统,可以通过改变传动比和调速,实现株距控制.针对当前免耕播种机对种粒大小适应性不强的问题,设计了多个窝眼轮串联的排种器,从而适应了各类种子的播种.针对入土器粘土和夹土阻塞等问题,设计了全新的凸轮开合机构.利用传感信息采集技术实现了免耕智能播种机的自动株距调整,提高了播种精度.通过对播种机的试验研究发现:播种机的播种株距均匀,其单粒率、空穴率、重播率和籽粒破碎等各方面的播种质量都优于传统的播种机械,并且实用性更强,更易于推广.

In view of the defects existing no-till planter, the innovation and improvement scheme of existing technology, designed a new practical no-till planter.In view of the current no-till planter can't adjust the planting distance problem, design a multistage sprocket regulation system, can by changing the gear ratio and speed, planting distance control.In view of the current no-till planter for kinds of grain size adaptability is not strong,designed the multiple socket eye round series metering device,so as to adapt to all kinds of seed sowing.For the grave problem such as clay and soil block, a new CAM open-close mechanism is designed.Using no-till of sensing information acquisition technology to achieve the intelligent machine automatic planting distance adjustment, increase the seeding precision.Through the experiment of machine, the study found the planter seeding planting distance even, its single grain ratio, hole ratio, replay rate and grain crushing and so on various aspects of seeding quality is superior to the traditional mechanical seeding, and more practical, more easy to promote it.
