港珠澳大桥东人工岛软基处理具有厚度大、水深深、环保要求高等特点。工程综合运用了开挖换填法、排水固结法、水下挤密砂桩、高压喷射注浆法等软基处理技术。工程施工中解决了超深塑料排水板打设、深水区高置换率挤密砂桩施工、高固结土中超深高压喷射注浆复合地基施工等技术难题。软基处理后人工岛地基沉降、沉管隧道过渡段地基处理、施工环保等均取得良好效果。
港珠澳大橋東人工島軟基處理具有厚度大、水深深、環保要求高等特點。工程綜閤運用瞭開挖換填法、排水固結法、水下擠密砂樁、高壓噴射註漿法等軟基處理技術。工程施工中解決瞭超深塑料排水闆打設、深水區高置換率擠密砂樁施工、高固結土中超深高壓噴射註漿複閤地基施工等技術難題。軟基處理後人工島地基沉降、沉管隧道過渡段地基處理、施工環保等均取得良好效果。
항주오대교동인공도연기처리구유후도대、수심심、배보요구고등특점。공정종합운용료개알환전법、배수고결법、수하제밀사장、고압분사주장법등연기처리기술。공정시공중해결료초심소료배수판타설、심수구고치환솔제밀사장시공、고고결토중초심고압분사주장복합지기시공등기술난제。연기처리후인공도지기침강、침관수도과도단지기처리、시공배보등균취득량호효과。
The east artifical island soft foundation treatment of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge located with deep soft soil and deep water with high requirements for environmental protection etc. This project uses excavation replacement method, drainage consolidation method, sand compaction pile and high pressure jet grouting. In construction, it solves difficult technical problems such as ultra deep prefabricated drains, high replacement rate sand compaction pile in deep water, deep jet grouting in high compression soil etc. After treatment, the foundation settlement of island, soft foundation treatment at the transition section of immersed tunnel, and environmental protection achieve good results.
