针对玉米精播机电液仿形地面高度信息探测机构采集精度低、稳定性差、容易受到地表杂物影响等问题,设计了玉米精播机电液仿形系统地面高度信息探测机构,包括红外地面信息采集组件和 Arduino 控制器程序. 通过对红外测距传感器的性能研究及对玉米种植整地后的地面情况分析,确定了采用多点数据采集的探测方案. 试验结果表明:该机构精度为1 mm ,可对采集到的地面高度变化信息数据进行处理过滤,实现了避免非必要仿形的功能. 该地面高度信息探测机构的研究为电液式仿形系统地面高度变化系信息采集机构设计提供了参考.

On corn precison planter liquid height contour height information detection information collection , low preci-sion , poor stability , easily affected by the surface debris and other issues , this paper designed the maize pure mechanical and electrical hydraulic profiling system ground height information detection institutions , institutions include infrared ground information collecting component and the Arduino program controller .Through the study on the performance of the infrared distance sensor , and the situation analysis of the surface of corn after soil preparation , determine the detection scheme using multi-point data acquisition .Experimental results show that the accuracy of 1 mm, can change the informa-tion on the height of the collected data for processing filter , realized the function of avoiding unnecessary profiling .The height information detection research of electro-hydraulic profiling system ground height change information collection mechanism design provides reference .
