目的：探索玉女煎多糖提取的最佳方法。方法：采用苯酚－硫酸显色测定玉女煎多糖的含量，采用 L9（34）正交试验考察提取溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数对玉女煎多糖提取的影响，并确定多糖最佳提取工艺。结果：玉女煎最佳提取工艺为12倍量的蒸馏水回流提取3次，每次30min。结论：该工艺稳定可行，可用于玉女煎多糖的提取。
목적：탐색옥녀전다당제취적최가방법。방법：채용분분－류산현색측정옥녀전다당적함량，채용 L9（34）정교시험고찰제취용제용량、제취시간화제취차수대옥녀전다당제취적영향，병학정다당최가제취공예。결과：옥녀전최가제취공예위12배량적증류수회류제취3차，매차30min。결론：해공예은정가행，가용우옥녀전다당적제취。
Objective To optimize the condition of extraction of polysaccharide from Yunv decoction.Method The content of poly-saccharide from Yunv decoction was determined by phenol -sulfuric acid method,and L9 (34 )orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide by taking solid -liquid ratio,extraction time and times as factors.Result The optimum con-ditions of extraction of polysaccharide from Yunv decoction was as follow:12 fold water,3 times,30min per.Conclusion The process is stable and feasible,which can be used to extract the polysaccharide from Yunv decoction.
