参照国家标准GB/T 21911—2008,采用气相色谱质谱法测定白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量.通过对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析,建立了其测量结果不确定度的数学模型,评定出各不确定度分量,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果表明,校准曲线拟合产生的不确定度在不确定度合成中贡献最大,在对白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯进行测定时,应对标准曲线的拟合过程加强控制,确保结果的准确性.

Based on GB/T 21911-2008, the content of dibutyl phthalate in Baijiu(liquor) was determined by GC-MS. Through the analysis of the source of the uncertainties in the determination process, the mathematical model of the uncertainties of the determination results had been set up, each individual uncertainty was evaluated, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated eventually. The results suggested that the standard curve fitting made the greatest contributions to the combined standard uncertainty. Accordingly, strength-ening the control of the fitting process of standard curve in the determination could ensure the accuracy of the determination results.
