对3种测定窖泥中腐殖质含量的方法:油浴法、冷凝回流法和消化炉法进行对比实验分析,并利用方差分析对实验结果进行分析比较.结果表明,3种测定方法测定结果无显著差异.消化炉法测定结果精确度更高、稳定性更好,且方便快捷,避免了油浴法的一些安全隐患以及冷凝回流法测定时间长的缺点,具有简单、经济、可靠的优点.

The contrast experiments of three methods for the determination of humus content in pit mud including oil bathing method, conden-sation reflux method, and digestion furnace method were carried out. And the experimental results were analyzed and compared by ANOVA. The analytic results suggested that, there was no significant difference in the determination results of the three methods. Among them, digestion furnace method had more accurate determination results and higher stability. Besides, it was economical, reliable, and simple to operate which could avoid some security risks in oil bathing method and the disadvantages such as long time consumption in condensation reflux.
