通过盆栽的方法,研究不同浓度砷胁迫对紫茉莉叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:低浓度(5 mg/L)砷胁迫叶绿素含量略微增加,随着浓度不断升高及胁迫时间延长,含量随之下降.MDA含量在45 mg/L砷浓度、胁迫时间14 d时最高,为81.3 nmol/g FW,60 mg/L砷浓度、胁迫时间35 d时最低,为43.8 nmol/g FW.各处理时期内,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随着砷浓度的升高,表现为先升后降的趋势,表明紫茉莉对低浓度的砷具有一定的耐受性.

The effects of different arsenic concentrations on the contents of chlorophyll and Malondialdehyde (MDA) and on the activity of antioxidant enzymes of Mirabilis jalapa are studied through pot experiments. The results indicate that the chlorophyll content increased slightly at low arsenic concentration (5 mg/L) and decreased with increase of arsenic concentrations and prolonging of stress time. MDA contents reach the maxi-mum (81. 3 nmol/g FW) when the arsenic concentration is at 45 mg/L and stress time is 14 days. MDA con-tents reach the minimum (43. 8 nmol/g FW) when the arsenic concentration is at 60 mg/L and the stress time is 35 days. During the treatment time, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, POD) exhibited the tendency of initially increasing and then decreasing with the increase of arsenic concentrations, which in-dicates that Mirabilis jalapa has the ability to tolerate low arsenic concentrations.
