为了评价头花蓼四倍体种质优势,测定比较了四倍体和同源二倍体头花蓼苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、查尔酮异构酶(CHI)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及其根系活力.结果表明:四倍体头花蓼PAL、CHI、CAT、SOD酶活性分别为6.19 U·g-1 FW、9.68 U·g-1 FW、80.67 U·g-1 FW·min-1、348.81 U·g-1 FW,根系活力为83.41μg-1 g·h,分别是二倍体的1.09 倍、1.33 倍、1.38 倍、1.05 倍和1.47 倍.说明四倍体头花蓼PAL、CHI、CAT、SOD酶和根系活力都显著高于同源二倍体头花蓼.

In order to evaluate the advantages of the tetraploid Polygonum capitatum, the activities of phenyl-alanine ammonia lyase (PAL) , chalcone isomerase (CHI) , catalase (CAT) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and root of tetraploid and autodiploid P. capitatum are determined. The results show that the average activi-ties of PAL, CHI, CAT and SOD of tetraploid Polygonum capitatum, are 6. 19 U·g-1 FW·h-1 , 9. 68 U· g-1 FW·h-1 , 80. 67 U·g-1 FW·min-1 and 348. 81 U·g-1 FW·min-1 , respectively;and the root activi-ty is up to 83. 41μg-1 g·h;these are 1. 09, 1. 33, 1. 38, 1. 05 and 1. 47 times of those for diploid, respec-tively. It is concluded that the average activities of PAL, CHI, CAT, SOD and root activity of tetraploid P. capitatum are higher than those of the diploids.
