随着互联网规模急剧膨胀和业务类型不断丰富,网络管控难度日益增加,新功能难以快速部署,数据平面和控制平面紧密耦合的构架下无法有效解决这些问题。这促使人们开始思考网络体系构架的变革,可编程网络成为变革的主要方向,在重塑互联网理念的指引下诞生了软件定义网络(SDN),OpenFlow协议成为SDN发展的里程碑,但规模商用仍面临诸多挑战。

With the fast expanding of Internet scale and the continuous increase of service types,the management and control of net-works is getting more difficult. The new function is difficult to be deployed. In the architecture of the close coupling of data plan and control plan,the above can not be solved. The reform on network architecture is considered,programmable network is the main direction of the reform. Guided by the idea of remaking Internet,software defined network is born. OpenFlow proto-col becomes the milestone of SDN development,the large scale commercial application is facing many chal enges.
