针对新疆兵团葡萄产业发展所面临的问题,通过分析对比国内外葡萄有机肥深施技术与装备的特点,综合考虑新疆葡萄种植模式及葡萄有机肥深施农艺要求,完成了1 KF-4 0 型有机肥深施机的研制,解决了人工深施有机肥存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题,实现了葡萄有机肥深施的机械化作业. 田间作业结果表明:装备工作平稳、性能可靠、生产率高、施肥均匀,开沟深度达410mm,开沟宽度280mm,覆土厚度240mm,施肥量1 2 4 1 kg/hm2 ,生产率3 .7 hm2/h ,符合葡萄有机肥深施机械化作业要求.
針對新疆兵糰葡萄產業髮展所麵臨的問題,通過分析對比國內外葡萄有機肥深施技術與裝備的特點,綜閤攷慮新疆葡萄種植模式及葡萄有機肥深施農藝要求,完成瞭1 KF-4 0 型有機肥深施機的研製,解決瞭人工深施有機肥存在的勞動彊度大、效率低等問題,實現瞭葡萄有機肥深施的機械化作業. 田間作業結果錶明:裝備工作平穩、性能可靠、生產率高、施肥均勻,開溝深度達410mm,開溝寬度280mm,覆土厚度240mm,施肥量1 2 4 1 kg/hm2 ,生產率3 .7 hm2/h ,符閤葡萄有機肥深施機械化作業要求.

Facing Xinjiang grape industry development Problem , through comparative analysis of domestic and foreign grape organic fertilizer deep application technology and equipment characteristics ,considering the Xinjiang grape planting pattern and agronomic requirements of grape organic fertilizer deep application , completed the development of 1 KF-40 type organic fertilizer deep applicator ,this equipment avoid the situation that big labor strength ,low efficiency in deep ap-plication of organic fertilizer ,realized the mechanization of grape organic fertilizer deep application .The test results show that: the equipment has the following characteristics ,such as stable work , reliable performance ,high productivity ,uniform fertilization,ditching depth is 410mm,the opening width is 280mm,the thickness of covering soil is 240mm, fertilizer 1 241kg/hm2 ,productivity is 3.7hm2/h,consistent with the requirements of grape organic fertilizer deep application of mechanized .
