介绍了因子分析法在城市居民生活质量评价中的应用。从经济、社会、环境等方面着手，构建了城市居民生活质量评价指标体系，并以江苏省的相关数据为基础，应用因子分析法，提取出能够较全面衡量城市居民生活质量水平的公因子，由此得出城市居民生活质量模型，并提出了相应的对策建议。
介紹瞭因子分析法在城市居民生活質量評價中的應用。從經濟、社會、環境等方麵著手，構建瞭城市居民生活質量評價指標體繫，併以江囌省的相關數據為基礎，應用因子分析法，提取齣能夠較全麵衡量城市居民生活質量水平的公因子，由此得齣城市居民生活質量模型，併提齣瞭相應的對策建議。

In this article,the authors discuss the application of factor analysis in the evaluation of urban life,construct an evaluation system for the quality of urban life in view of economic,so-cial,environmental and other aspects,propose a common factor for a more comprehensive meas-urement of the quality of living standards of urban residents,on the basis of the relevant data of Jiangsu Province and through factor analysis,obtain a model of the life quality of urban residents and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
