通过分析我校中西医结合专业研究生的论文发表情况，探讨中医院校研究生创新能力培养的对策。采用维普数据库和PubMed数据库，调查了我校2009—2011级已毕业的全日制中西医结合专业研究生及2012—2014级在读博士、2012级在读硕士生的论文发表情况及论文被收录情况。结果表明，近年来该校中西医结合专业研究生论文发表比较稳定，逐年上升，且发表的具有较高学术水平的论文数量也在逐渐上升。但近年该校研究生发表的具有较高学术水平的学术论文总体上还不多，相对于同类兄弟院校还偏少，而且论文被引用率较低。表明该校研究生发表的学术论文整体水平还不高，创新性还不强。提出中医院校在研究生培养中，要进一步重视研究生科技创新能力的培养，加强对研究生的培养和管理，开设相关的课程加强研究生知识广度、深度和科学思维能力的培养，加强研究条件的硬件建设等措施是提高研究生创新能力培养的重要措施。

To explore the countermeasures of innovation ability cultivation of postgraduates in Chinese medicine colleges through analyzing the papers published by the postgraduates of Chinese and Western medicine specialty. Using the VIP database and PubMed database to investigate the papers published by 2009—2011 fulltime postgraduates who have been graduated on from Chinese and Western medicine specialty,2012—2014 doctors and 2012 master in reading, as well as the collection of papers.The results show that the papers publication of the postgraduates of Chinese and Western medicine specialty are relatively stable, rising year by year, and the number of published papers with a higher academic standard is gradually increasing in recent years. However, the higher standard academic papers published by our school postgraduates are generally not much, being less than the kind institutions, and the citation rate is low. These suggest that the overall level of academic papers published by our students is not high, and the innovativeness is not strong. Hence, we think that the important measures to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates are: Chinese medicine colleges should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ scientific and technological innovation ability, strengthen the cultivation and management to postgraduates, offer relevant courses to enhance the breadth, depth of students’ knowledge and their scientific thinking ability, reinforce the hardware construction of school research conditions, and so on.
