研究了牛粪分离液和猪粪按比例调配的混合物料,在两相厌氧发酵进程中,物料浓度( TS )分别为8 %、1 0 %、1 2 %时的酸化特性. 酸化试验过程中考察的指标有 pH、氨氮和挥发性脂肪酸( VFA )等. 依据酸化过程中各指标的变化趋势,确定浓度为8 %、1 0 %、1 2 %3 组混合物料酸化过程的 HRT 分别为7、5、5 天. 研究结果可为牛粪分离液与猪粪混合两相厌氧发酵酸化过程工艺参数控制提供依据.

The acidification characteristics of two-phase anaerobic fermentation by separated liquids from dairy manure combined with swine manure were investigated.We investigated with three TS levels 8%, 10%, and 12%.pH value, ammonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acids ( VFA), etc were determined in the process of acidification characteristics test. Analysis of the results showed that the durations of the hydrolytic acidification phase were 7 d, 5 d, 5 d, respectively. Our findings could provide basis for process parameters of the hydrolytic acidification phase of two -phase anaerobic fer-mentation by separated liquids from dairy manure with swine manure.
