近年,贵州道真县玄参(Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.)种植中黑斑病危害严重.观察罹病玄参植株病症和病灶分离菌株的形态,确定该病原菌为链格孢属(Alternaria sp.)真菌.通过形态学比较和基于rDNA-ITS分子系统学分析,终确定致病菌即为链格孢菌Alternaria alternata.室内杀菌剂抑菌实验结果显示,丁子香酚对该病原菌抑制效果最佳.

In recent years, Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. was severely damaged by a disease in Daozhen, Guizhou province. Based on the observations of symptoms and morphology of lesion isolates, the diseases were believed to be caused by Alternaria sp. Through comparative morphological study and systematic analysis of rDNA - ITS sequence data, the pathogens have finally been identified as Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. The results from indoor experiments indicate that the antimicrobial fungicide, eugenol, is the best in-habitant agent against this pathogen.
