目的观察临床应用甲泼尼龙早期短程冲击疗法治疗重症病毒性脑炎患儿的效果及预后。方法选取2010‐03—2013‐11于我院诊治的60例重症病毒性脑炎患儿，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组给予地塞米松治疗，观察组给予甲泼尼龙早期短程冲击疗法，观察2组患儿的治疗效果及预后。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗1 a后观察组伤残率较对照组明显降低（χ2＝7.041，P＜0.05），2组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异（χ2＝0.427， P＞0.05）。结论甲泼尼龙早期短程冲击疗法治疗重症病毒性脑炎效果显著，预后良好，安全性高，值得应用与推广。
목적관찰림상응용갑발니룡조기단정충격요법치료중증병독성뇌염환인적효과급예후。방법선취2010‐03—2013‐11우아원진치적60례중증병독성뇌염환인，안수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조각30례，대조조급여지새미송치료，관찰조급여갑발니룡조기단정충격요법，관찰2조환인적치료효과급예후。결과관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0.05），치료1 a후관찰조상잔솔교대조조명현강저（χ2＝7.041，P＜0.05），2조불량반응발생솔비교무명현차이（χ2＝0.427， P＞0.05）。결론갑발니룡조기단정충격요법치료중증병독성뇌염효과현저，예후량호，안전성고，치득응용여추엄。
Objective To observe the effect and prognosis of methylprednisolone early short shock therapy for children with severe viral encephalitis and its influence on prognosis.Methods Sixty children with severe viral encephalitis treated in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly ,the control group and the ob‐servation group ,each group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with dexamethasone ,and the observation group was treated by methylprednisolone early short shock therapy. The treatment effect and prognosis of two groups was observed. Re‐sults The total effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The dis‐ability rate 1 year after treatment of the observation group was evidently lower than that of the control group(χ2 =7.041 ,P<0.05). And the incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups had no evident difference(χ2 =0.427 ,P>0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone early short shock therapy for children with severe viral encephalitis not only has evident effect ,but also has good prognosis and high safety ,which is worthy of application and promotion.
