Lignum rhamnellae%Tibetan Medicine%Kaempferide%The Microscopic Identification%TLC
目的：建立藏药材松生等的质量标准。方法：采用显微鉴别、薄层鉴别，并参照2010年版《中国药典》附录对松生等药材的水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分及醇溶性浸出物进行测定。结果：不同产地的藏药材松生等显微特征一致，薄层色谱重现性好、专属性强，水份为5.05％～7.55％，总灰分为1.05％～7.77％，酸不溶性灰分为0.08％～0.61％，醇溶性浸出物的结果为5.41％～17.21％。结论：该方法可作为控制传统藏药材松生等的质量标准。

목적：건립장약재송생등적질량표준。방법：채용현미감별、박층감별，병삼조2010년판《중국약전》부록대송생등약재적수분、회분、산불용성회분급순용성침출물진행측정。결과：불동산지적장약재송생등현미특정일치，박층색보중현성호、전속성강，수빈위5.05％～7.55％，총회분위1.05％～7.77％，산불용성회분위0.08％～0.61％，순용성침출물적결과위5.41％～17.21％。결론：해방법가작위공제전통장약재송생등적질량표준。
Objective In order to establish the quality standards of Tibetan medicine Lignum rhamnellae.Methods Microscope was used to observe the plant organization structure and microscopic characteristics of powder;TLC was applied to identify the effective components qualitatively;The tests of water content,ash and ethanol -soluble extractives of Lignum rhamnellae were carried out ac-cording to the methods recordedin appendix of Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 edition,volume 1).Results The microscopic and TLC i-dentification methods were specific and well repeatable.The moistures in Lignum rhamnellae was 5.05% ~7.55%,with the total ash within 1.05% ~7.77%,the ethanol extract was 5.41% ~17.21% by hot soak.Conclusion The methods could be used for the quali-ty control of Tibetan medicine Lignum rhamnellae.
