目的：探讨护理干预对直肠癌患者肠造瘘术后影响情况。方法：分析40例直肠癌患者临床资料，依据直肠癌患者护理措施不同分为普通护理组和特殊护理组各20例。结果：特殊护理组直肠癌患者术后造瘘口周围皮炎、造瘘口狭窄、造瘘口肠管坏死、造瘘口出血发生率均低于普通护理组，特殊护理组直肠癌患者护患纠纷发生率、护理工作差错率均低于普通护理组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：特殊护理干预可以明显降低直肠癌患者肠造瘘术后并发症，提高护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討護理榦預對直腸癌患者腸造瘺術後影響情況。方法：分析40例直腸癌患者臨床資料，依據直腸癌患者護理措施不同分為普通護理組和特殊護理組各20例。結果：特殊護理組直腸癌患者術後造瘺口週圍皮炎、造瘺口狹窄、造瘺口腸管壞死、造瘺口齣血髮生率均低于普通護理組，特殊護理組直腸癌患者護患糾紛髮生率、護理工作差錯率均低于普通護理組，差異均具有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論：特殊護理榦預可以明顯降低直腸癌患者腸造瘺術後併髮癥，提高護理質量，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토호리간예대직장암환자장조루술후영향정황。방법：분석40례직장암환자림상자료，의거직장암환자호리조시불동분위보통호리조화특수호리조각20례。결과：특수호리조직장암환자술후조루구주위피염、조루구협착、조루구장관배사、조루구출혈발생솔균저우보통호리조，특수호리조직장암환자호환규분발생솔、호리공작차착솔균저우보통호리조，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：특수호리간예가이명현강저직장암환자장조루술후병발증，제고호리질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach influence analyze after intestinal colostomy mouth operation of rectal cancer patients by nursing intervention.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases rectal cancer patients in our hospital were divided into two groups by different nurs-ing intervention,regular nursing group 20 cases and special nursing group 20 cases.Results The built around the fistula dermatitis af-ter operation、build the stoma stricture,colostomy mouth bowel necrosis,stoma bleeding incidence of Special nursing group were low-er than regular nursing group,incidence of disputes nurses and patients,nursing error rate of Special nursing group were lower than regular nursing group,the difference were statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The complication after Intestinal colostomy mouth operation of rectal cancer patients by nursing intervention is decreased,nursing quality is improved,and worthy of clinical ap-plication.
