近年来,医院就医流程复杂,出入院手续繁琐,患者办理手续时耗时长、跑路多的问题极为突出.为了解决这一问题,基于医院管理信息化(HMIS),设计开发了一套移动床旁出入院系统;系统由高配置移动工作站、电动办公车组成,设计了简单易操作的人机交互界面,通过无线网络与医院中心数据库进行数据交互,集成了入出院登记、划价收款等功能;工作站安装在专门设计的电动办公车上,配有车载保险箱、GPRS卫星定位、POS机、验钞机和打印机等必备设备,可自由出入电梯和病房,直接到患者床旁办理入出院手续.该系统从根本上解决了入出院手续办理流程复杂的问题,最大限度地节省了就医时间,为患者提供了方便.

In recent years, the treatment is very complex, and admission-discharge procedures are very tedious, so patients go through the formalities for long time cost and need to go to many departments. For solving these problems, we designed a portable bedside admission-discharge system. This system included a high configuration movable workstation and an electrombile, and we designed a man-machine interface system which can be operated simply and easily. The system can interact with the central database of the hospital through the wireless network,moreover, it integrates the function of admission-discharge register,pricing and fees collection and so on. The workstation is installed in the electrombile, which is equipped with an on-board strongbox, GPRS, POS machine, currency count machine, printer and other necessary equipment.
