为了得到挤压式核桃破壳机的最佳工作参数,对破壳机进行了试验研究. 选择对核桃破壳影响较大的含水率、弹簧刚度、挤压行程3 个因素进行了单因素破壳试验,以此为基础进行了3 因素3 水平的响应面 Box-Behnken 破壳试验,分析了因素间的交互作用,建立了回归方程,并进行了验证试验. 结果表明:影响破壳效果的因素主次顺序为含水率、弹簧刚度、挤压行程,含水率分别和弹簧刚度、挤压行程有交互作用;最佳工作参数为含水率21%、弹簧刚度15.3N/mm、挤压行程10mm. 试验采用陕南商洛核桃,弥补了陕南核桃相关参数的空白,试验数据为核桃破壳机的设计和改进提供了理论依据.

In order to get the best working parameters of extrusion type walnut shell breaking machine .have studied on the machine based on experiments .Chosen moisture content、spring stiffness、squeeze length as the key factors to have single factor tests .And on this basis .had a response surface Box-Behnken experiment with three factors and three levels . Analyzed the interaction between every factors .and established the regression equation .Had validation test as well .The result shows that the primary and second order of the influencing factors is moisture content , spring stiffness , squeeze length .Moisture content have interaction with spring stiffness、squeeze length , respectively .the best working parameters is moisture content 21%,spring stiffness 15.3N/mm,squeeze length 10mm.This experiment adopted the Shangluo walnut in southern Shaanxi .This experiment fills in the blank of the related walnuts parameters .At the same time , the experi-ment data provides the basis for the design and optimization of walnut shell breaking .
