以碳酸氢铵为造孔剂,采用真空热压烧结法制备了多孔铜基结合剂金刚石节块。随着碳酸氢铵含量的增加,金刚石节块的孔隙率逐渐升高,抗弯强度逐渐降低,自锐性提高。用不同孔隙率的金刚石节块磨削硬质合金,观察了磨削后金刚石节块的表面状况,研究了孔隙率与磨削比的关系。结果表明:当孔隙率为20%左右时,金刚石节块的磨削比最高。
以碳痠氫銨為造孔劑,採用真空熱壓燒結法製備瞭多孔銅基結閤劑金剛石節塊。隨著碳痠氫銨含量的增加,金剛石節塊的孔隙率逐漸升高,抗彎彊度逐漸降低,自銳性提高。用不同孔隙率的金剛石節塊磨削硬質閤金,觀察瞭磨削後金剛石節塊的錶麵狀況,研究瞭孔隙率與磨削比的關繫。結果錶明:噹孔隙率為20%左右時,金剛石節塊的磨削比最高。

Ammonium bicarbonate was used as the pore forming agent and the porous Cu-matrix bond diamond blocks were prepared by the method of vacuum hot pressing sinte-ring.With the increasing content of ammonium bicarbonate,the porosity of diamond blocks increased,but flexural strength decreased and self sharpness improved.The blocks with different porosity were used to grinding cemented carbide,The surface condition of diamond blocks were observed after grinding and the relationship between the porosity and grinding ratio was studied.The results showed that when the porosity was about 20%,the grinding ratio attained the maximum.
