沉管预制生产过程中由于各种原因,节段预应力管道在匹配对接中可能产生一定的间隙、位移及错位,在连接处容易出现渗水漏浆。通过对接头材料工艺的优化并通过模拟试验验证,阐述节段接头连接件在不同间隙情况下的密封性和连接件埋入混凝土后的无黏结性,能够满足沉管预应力管道水密性等技术要求,为连接件在沉管预制中的应用提供了技术支持。

Because of various reasons during the prefabrication of immersed tubes, there would be some gaps, displacement and dislocation between segmental prestressed pipes during docking process, therefore, it's very easy to have leakage and water seepage situation at the junctions. Through optimization of joint material technique and simulation tests verification, the section joint connectors’sealabilities in different gaps and its non-adhensiveness after embedded in concrete can meet the technical requirements of immersed tube tunnel prestressed duct , and provide technical support for joints used for immersed tube tunnel.
