采用数值模拟与试验测定相结合的方法, 对不同尺寸热冲压超高强钢B1500HS薄板在加热和空冷过程中的温度变化规律进行了研究. 通过试验测定, 确定了不同尺寸薄板在加热过程中的升温速率和空冷过程中降温速率的影响规律; 借助ABAQUS有限元模拟软件, 根据试验测定结果, 获得了较准确的坯料加热和空冷过程综合换热系数, 建立起坯料加热及空冷过程数值模拟模型, 同时分析坯料空冷过程中温度场分布规律; 为汽车B柱热冲压工艺的合理制定提供理论依据.

Temperature variation during the heating and air cooling process of hot stamped ultrahigh strength B1500HS steel sheets in different sizes is studied by the means of both numerical simulation and test measurement. Test measurement found the effect of sheets in different sizes on the heating rate and air cooling rate. With the aid of ABAQUS finite element simulation software and test measurement results, an accurate heat-exchange coefficient was obtained and a mathematical model for slab heating and air cooling process was set tup to analyse the air cooling temperature field distribution, which provide theoretical support for the establishment of automobile B-pillar hot stamping procedures.
