通过对低压铸造铝合金轮毂铸造后集中喷淋水冷过程的模拟,考察了持续喷淋和间歇喷淋两种喷水方式对毛坯端面变形的影响。研究表明,与持续喷淋相比,间歇式喷淋水冷对于减小毛坯端面变形的改善效果非常明显,有效地降低因变形原因造成废品的风险。

Through simulation of the spray water cooling process of the concentrated spray after the low pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub, the inlfuence of continuous and intermittent spray method on the end surface deformation of the blank has been investigated. The results show that, compared with continuous spray, the intermittent spray water cooling is very effective in reducing the end face deformation of the blank and the risk of waste caused by deformation.
