超超临界汽缸体自企业试制以来,质量一直不够理想,存在缩孔、缩松缺陷,虽尝试对铸造工艺进行改进,但未有大的改变。利用ViewCast铸造模拟软件对其铸造工艺进行数值模拟,分析其缺陷形成原因和机理,并提出优化工艺方案。通过对优化工艺进行模拟,结果表明,优化工艺中的方案是合理的,实现了铸件的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,提升了铸件质量。

The quality of the ultra supercritical cylinder block, since the enterprise trial, is not good enough. There are shrinkage porosity and shrinkage defects. Although it has been tried to improve the casting process, no big change. Using ViewCast casting simulation software to simulate the casting process, analyze the reasons and mechanism of the defects, and put forward the optimization process plan. Through simulation, the results show that, the scheme is reasonable, the order of casting is realized, the shrinkage and shrinkage defects are eliminated, and the casting quality is improved.
