为适应工程建设的需要,国内挤密砂桩船从引进仿制到自主研发,经历了两代发展。最新研制开发的挤密砂桩专用船可以进行水面以下66 m深的挤密砂桩地基处理,最大成桩直径可达2 m,复合地基置换率可达70%,具有更好的可操作性,更高工效和环保性,已成功应用于洋山深水港及港珠澳大桥岛隧工程建设中,地基加固效果良好。

In order to meet the need of engineering construction, the domestic sand pile ship experienced two generations of development from introduction and imitation to independent research and development. The new sand pile ships can carry out compaction sand pile foundation treatment 66 m under water to improve the production process, the pile diameter can reach 2 m and the replacement ratio of composite foundation can be up to 70%. Due to its better operability, efficiency and environmental protection, the equipment is successfully applied to the construction of Yangshan deepwater port and Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island&tunnel project and the effect is good.
