The construction of steel cylinder caused high inclined, which brought difficulties for setting up an ultra long plastic drainage plate within the steel cylinder. We discussed the measuring method for the inclination of steel cylinder, and the calculating method for the maximum construction scope of plastic drainage plate within the inclined steel cylinder, the construction problems can be resolved effectively.
