油菜茎秆的弹性力学特性是在油菜颗粒物料运动理论研究中所需要的基础数据.为此,采用TA-XT2i型物性测定仪对收获期的油菜茎秆整体、油菜茎秆内海绵体及油菜茎秆外壳分别进行了弹性力学特性试验,并对试验结果进行了拟合和对比分析.结果表明:在加载阶段,油菜茎秆整体和油菜茎秆外壳的受力均随着加载深度的增加而增加,显示出较明显的弹性特征,但油菜茎秆内海绵体则由于其松散的结构在加载深度超过2 mm后出现应力屈服现象.研究结果可为后续油菜颗粒运动研究提供参考.

Biomechanical properties of rape stalks are basic data for the theoretical research of the motion of rape parti -cles.TA-XT2i texture analyzer was used to test biomechanical properties of a complete rape stalk, the husk of a rape stalk and the inner sponge of a rape stalk.Fitting&comparison analysis from the view of elastic mechanics were made.The re-sult shows that the stress loaded on rape stalks and rape husks increased with the loading depth, but the stress loaded on the inner sponge of a rape stalk begin to yield when loading depth exceed 2mm.The study could provide reference and ba-sis for rape particles research work.
