针对现有的膜上移栽机覆土机构只能实现条形覆土,存在采光面不足、覆土质量不高等问题,提出了一种分流调节、变量控制、膜上穴覆土移栽机覆土机构设计方案,完成了关键部件及控制系统的设计. 该机构采用光电传感器周期性检测凸轮监测孔的位置,定位控制覆土器的旋转,实现覆土装置与车速的自适应调节,从而实现其穴覆土功能. 所设计的穴覆土机构,送土量 ,覆土量 S=1.17L/m,分流比为1/15 ~1/5. 该研究为膜上移栽机的设计提供了理论依据.

The existing soil-covered mechanism of the transplanting machine can only cover soil in strips.There are some problems such as the lack of lighting surface, the low quality and seedling injured.Therefore, the article put forward a new design scheme based on flow division adjustment, variable control and the soil-covered mechanism of the up-film transplanting machine, and then completed the design for key parts and control system.In order to satisfy the function of covering soil in holes, the device adopted a hall sensor to detect the position of a hole in the cam, which was installed in the planting mechanism, in a period of one circle.Meanwhile,it could realize not only the positioning control for the rota-tion of soil-covered mechanism but also the adaptive control between the device and split ratio.The soil-covered mecha-nism we designed, whose amount of soil taken is 1.17 litre per meter and soil covered is 0.08 to 0.24 litre per meter, provided the theoretical basis of the design of the up-film transplanting machine.
