反渗透是目前苦咸水淡化的首选工艺,提高系统回收率有利于提高经济效益.本文分析了影响反渗透回收率的主要因素.针对某脱盐工程项目规划,进行了小试装置的设计计算及运行试验,研究和试验结果表明在给定水质条件下回收率达到85.5%是可行的.对水质变化范围较大的大型反渗透系通过,统宜采用分期建设、适时升级的方式.本研究对掌握大型脱盐项目EPC执行能力有重大意义.

Reverse osmosis(RO)is used for desalting brackish water,the EOR of the system is crucial for improving its economic benefits. This paper investigates the main factors that influence the EOR of RO. The laboratory plant is designed and put into pilot tests. The results show that the EOR of the system can up to 85.5% under the required water quality. While it prefers to construct by stages and upgrade for the large scale RO system with wide water qualities. This program is significant for EPC performance of mega desalting project.
