物联网是支撑环境管理由粗放向精细、被动向主动转变的重要技术手段,本文以重庆市环境监管物联网为例,阐述了环境监管物联网建设的必要性、可行性,提出了环境监管物联网"一网一库一平台"的技术架构及融合监管网格化、PPP模式等要素的应用体系,对环保物联网技术与管理实际融合进行了探索.

the Internet of things is the important technical method to support environmental management change from extensive to elaborate, passive to take the initiative. This paper is to the Chongqing environmental supervision iot as an example, expounds the necessity and feasibility of environmental supervision iot construction, puts forward environmental supervision iot "a network,a library,a platform"technology architecture and application system of fusion grid supervision, PPP pattern and other factors.Environmental supervision iot technology and management of practical fusion are explored.
