14Cr1MoR珠光体耐热钢被广泛应用于大型焦炭塔等装置, 其在焊后需进行690℃下保温20 h的高温长时热处理, 然而, 采用相同材质焊条焊接14Cr1MoR耐热钢获得的焊缝经过上述热处理后, 经常出现抗拉强度不能满足要求的情况. 为此, 通过微调14Cr1MoR焊条的成分, 分析C、 Mn含量不同情况下焊缝熔敷金属性能, 研究C、 Mn含量变化对焊缝强度和韧性的影响.

14Cr1MoR pearlite heat resistant steel is widely used to make large coke drums and like and is subject to heat treatment at 690 ℃ for 20 hours. But the welds with eletrode in same material on 14Cr1MoR steel can not offer required tensile strength after the same heat treatment. In order to solve this problem, the composition of 14Cr1MoR electrods is adjusted to analyze the properties of weld metal containing differerent amount of C and Mn elements and the effect of variation of C and Mn content on weld strength and toughness.
