优良的烘干技术可以保证红枣质量,提升红枣口感. 传统晾干技术中红枣浆烂率较高,浪费较大,满足不了农户对红枣干燥的要求. 光波设备在食品烘干领域的应用已十分广泛,其以环保、节能、高效和杀菌等显著优势实现了食品烘干的新型工业化生产,将其应用于红枣烘干已成为一大趋势. 为此,基于MSP 4 3 0 控制设计了红枣光波烘干机,运用模糊PID自动控制算法,准确控制红枣表皮烘干温度,将红枣有效烘干,并使红枣含水率控制在口感最佳的21%~23%,方便商户更好地储存. 光波烘干技术可以明显提高红枣口感与质量,且具有时间短、速度快、能耗低的优点.

The fine drying technology can ensure the quality of jujube , improve the taste of jujube .The jujube pulp rot-ten rate is high by the traditional dry technology , which can not meet the requirements of the farmers on jujube drying in the waste .Light-wave devices has been widely used in the field of food drying .And its application in baking dates has become a major trend ,such as the significant advantages of environmental protection , energy saving , high efficiency and sterilization realized food drying of the new-type industrialized production .It proposed a set jujube wave drying machine design and in process contro based on MSP 430 .By using fuzzy PID control algorithm , it took full control of jujube skin drying temperature , jujube dries , and dates so that moisture control in taste the best 21%-23%, convenient storage op-erators better .The light wave drying technology , which can improve the taste and quality of jujube , and has the advanta-ges of short time , fast speed and low energy consumption .
