在海底管道连接过程中,密封面质量对密封效果影响很大,这就需要专用的法兰清刷工具对其表面进行清理.针对不同形式的清刷工具,对其进行准确的力学分析,得到各个参数对其清刷效果的影响情况,对清刷装置的设计非常关键.本文针对刷布式清刷工具进行了简单的作业力学分析,得到了清刷面正压力及清刷转速对清刷工具受力情况的影响,进而得到提高清刷质量的有效做法,为清刷作业实施提供了有效的参考依据.
