生物质能是一种清洁、可再生的能源,秸秆生物质能的开发应用具有广阔前景,而粉碎是对秸秆生物质能源转化利用的必要环节.为此,在分析秸秆生物质粉碎机的工作原理基础上,进行组合式秸秆生物质粉碎机总体结构设计,并对动刀及定刀的间隙、锤片与齿板的间隙、锤片与筛网的间隙、动刀及锤片形状、动刀排列、锤片排列,以及锯齿板排列等参数进行设计.组合式秸秆生物质粉碎机的使用推广,可实现对秸秆生物质能源有效利用,有助于解决秸秆生物质资源浪费及污染问题.

Biomass energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy, the development and application of straw biomass en-ergy has broad prospects.Crushing is the essential links of straw biomass conversion and utilization, based on analyzing the working principle of biomass grinder, the overall structure of combined straw biomass grinder has designed, and the key parameters of biomass grinder, such as the gap between movable knives and fixed knife, the gap between hammer and tooth plate, the gap between hammer and sieve, the shape of the knife and hammer, and the arrangement of movable knife,hammer and tooth plate have been designed.The using promotion of combined straw biomass grinder can promote the realization of the effective use of straw biomass, while help to solve the problems of straw biomass resource waste and pollution.
