XiPaYi Mouth Rinse%Gestational%Pericoronitis
目的：观察西帕依固龈液治疗妊娠期冠周炎的临床效果。方法：将80例妊娠期冠周炎病例随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例。对照组在常规冲洗后，碘甘油上药；实验组用西帕依固龈液代替常规冲洗。治疗后3d 和7d 观察疗效。结果：治疗3d 后，对照组和实验组总有效率分别为70％和87.5％，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗7d 后，对照组和实验组总有效率分别为75％和92.5％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：西帕依固龈液治疗妊娠期冠周炎效果较好，值得推广。

목적：관찰서파의고간액치료임신기관주염적림상효과。방법：장80례임신기관주염병례수궤분성대조조화실험조，매조40례。대조조재상규충세후，전감유상약；실험조용서파의고간액대체상규충세。치료후3d 화7d 관찰료효。결과：치료3d 후，대조조화실험조총유효솔분별위70％화87.5％，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。치료7d 후，대조조화실험조총유효솔분별위75％화92.5％，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：서파의고간액치료임신기관주염효과교호，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of XiPaYi mouth rinse on the treatment of gestational pericoronitis.Methods 80 cases of pregnancy pericoronitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.After routine rinse treatment the control group was treated with iodine glycerol.The pericoronal blind were rinsed by XiPaYi mouth rinse only in the experimental group.The curative effect was observed respectively after 3 days and 7 days.Chi -square test was used for statistics.Results 3 days after treatment,The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were 70%and 87.5% respectively,the difference was not significant (P >0.05).7 days after treatment,The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were 75% and 92.5% respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclu-sion The clinical effects of Xi Pa Yi mouth rinse on pregnancy pericoronitis is worth to promote.
