具有空间本位的城镇化在建构空间关系方面发挥了重要作用。然而在空间建构过程中存在明显的空间分异与隔离问题，影响城镇化质量的提升，消除空间分异与隔离，借此加强空间治理，构建社会正义、实现城乡统筹、加强产城融合和推进区际协调成为必然的选择。而进行空间治理的顶层设计，构建具有激励约束机制的空间治理结构，是降低空间治理的交易成本和提高空间治理绩效的重要保障。

Urbanization natured with the spatial sectors plays an essential role in the construction of spatial relationships .However , in the spatial construction , many problems as obvious spatial differentials and i-solations arouse which badly affect the quality of urbanization .Hence, it becomes obligatory to find the way of attempts such as setting -up social justice , integrating town -countryside and industrial -town development , and accelerating the inter -regional coordination so that the problems can be solved and the spatial governance would be strengthened .And it is the fundamental insurance to compose a top -design of the spatial governance structure with a mechanism to decrease the transaction cost of spatial governance and therefore promote the performance of the spatial governance .
