提出了一种利用谷物介电特性快速测量谷物含水率的方法,采用同心圆筒电容传感器,对传感器做屏蔽干扰处理. 运用Texas Instruments 公司最新的电容数字转换芯片FDC1004 ,具有测量精度高电路简单及抗干扰等特点. 加入NTC 温度传感器对测量电路进行温度补偿,人机通过按键交互,测量结果通过 LCD 屏幕显示. 系统核心器件采用单片机MSP430 F5528 ,具有低功耗及运算速度快的优点. 系统采用4 .2 V 可充电蓄电池供电,系统的测量范围为5%~35%. 标定后的系统经验证测试得测量平均误差为0.85%,符合设计要求.

This article aims to present a rapid method of grain moisture measurement based on dielectric character .The capacitor sensor is composed of two metal barrels with the same center but different radiuses , deals with cutting out dis-tractions .As the core of the capacitance measurement circuit , the device of FDC1004 which is a 24-Bit Capacitance-to-Digital Converter , minimizes the peripheral components and increase the accuracy .The system interface through the keys , with the NTC temperature sensor circuit working as temperature compensation and displaying results on the LCD . The MCU of this system is MSP430 F5528 working with low-power .The measurement is powered by a storage battery of 4.2 volt , and the range of measurement is 5%~35%.After the calibration experiment ,the average error was 0.85%, meeting the requirements of the design .
