为了充分利用现有的材料力学试验台,首先利用该试验台完成了低碳钢的拉伸试验,获得了低碳钢的弹性极限为432MPa,屈服极限为371MPa,强度极限为497Mpa;其次,利用该试验台进行了水稻芽种正面压缩试验和玉米芽种侧面的压缩试验,获得了水稻芽种的硬度和极限强度及玉米芽种侧面所能承受外载的变化趋势.结果表明:水稻芽种和玉米芽种受到压缩时的力学性能相似,在极限范围内所能承受的外力随位移的增加而增加,当超过极限范围时,所能承受的外力急速下降;水稻芽种正面压缩和玉米芽种侧面压缩的极限强度分别为0.0141MPa和0.025MPa.

In order to make full use of existing equipment, in this paper, the tensile test of the low carbon steel was com-pleted by the test bench, and the force and displacement curves of the low carbon steel were obtained,the change law of the external force and displacement in the process of low carbon steel was obtained, and the elastic limit of low carbon steel was 432MPa, the yield limit was 371MPa, the strength limit was 497Mpa.Secondly,the compression test of the rice bud seed and the lateral compression test of the seed of maize were carried out in the text.The hardness of the rice seed and the change of the lateral load on the lateral load of the corn germ were obtained.The results showed that The mechanical properties of the rice and maize seeds were similar to those of the maize.When the seed of rice and maize were compressed, the external force in the limit can be increased with the increase of the displacement, when the limit is exceeded, the external force that is able to withstand the rapid fall.The ultimate strength of the lateral compression of the positive compression and the lateral compression of the rice bud was 20N and 0.025MPa respectively.
