目的：探讨肺炎支原体核酸诊断支原体肺炎的敏感性和特异性，为该病的早期快速准确诊断提供依据。方法：选择98例肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）患儿作为研究对象，分别检测患儿诱导痰中MP-IgM、MP-DNA，比较两种检测方法的结果及与金标准培养法检测结果的一致性。结果：MP-IgM、MP-DNA检测结果的一致性较好，两种检测结果与金标准培养法检测结果的一致性较好。结论：肺炎支原体核酸的检测结果准确性较好，能够为肺炎支原体肺炎的早期诊断提供一定参考。
목적：탐토폐염지원체핵산진단지원체폐염적민감성화특이성，위해병적조기쾌속준학진단제공의거。방법：선택98례폐염지원체폐염（MPP）환인작위연구대상，분별검측환인유도담중MP-IgM、MP-DNA，비교량충검측방법적결과급여금표준배양법검측결과적일치성。결과：MP-IgM、MP-DNA검측결과적일치성교호，량충검측결과여금표준배양법검측결과적일치성교호。결론：폐염지원체핵산적검측결과준학성교호，능구위폐염지원체폐염적조기진단제공일정삼고。
Objective:To investigate sensitivity and specificity of mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid diagnosis for mycoplasma pneumoniam, provide basis for early rapid and accurate diagnosis.Method: 98 mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) children were selected as research subjects, and detected induced sputum MP-IgM, MP-DNA. To compare the results of the two methods consistent with the gold standard culture method test result.Result: MP-IgM, MP-DNA test results were in good agreement and the gold standard culture assay result was in good agreement. Conclusion:Result accuracy of the mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic is better, able to provide some reference for early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia.
