目的:探讨青海楤木不同溶剂萃取物对2型糖尿病小鼠模型 SOD 及 MDA 及脾脏和胸腺指数的影响。方法:以小鼠作为研究对象,通过采用链脲佐菌素法来建造2型糖尿病模型。将50只造模成功的小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性组(盐酸二甲双胍)、楤木正丁醇组、楤木乙酸乙酯组、楤木乙醚组,另设空白对照组。在给药第14天取小鼠血清用 ELISA 法测定其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,同时并取脾脏、胸腺来计算脏器指数。结果:青海楤木不同溶剂萃取物均可降低 MDA 水平,提高血清 SOD 活力,尤以正丁醇组效果较为显著(P <0.05);楤木正丁醇提取物对小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数的影响与模型组相比具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:青海楤木可缓解氧自由基的损害、提高脂质过氧化的抑制作用,增加2型糖尿病小鼠的免疫力。

목적:탐토청해송목불동용제췌취물대2형당뇨병소서모형 SOD 급 MDA 급비장화흉선지수적영향。방법:이소서작위연구대상,통과채용련뇨좌균소법래건조2형당뇨병모형。장50지조모성공적소서수궤분위모형조、양성조(염산이갑쌍고)、송목정정순조、송목을산을지조、송목을미조,령설공백대조조。재급약제14천취소서혈청용 ELISA 법측정기초양화물기화매(SOD)화병이철(MDA)수평,동시병취비장、흉선래계산장기지수。결과:청해송목불동용제췌취물균가강저 MDA 수평,제고혈청 SOD 활력,우이정정순조효과교위현저(P <0.05);송목정정순제취물대소서적비장지수화흉선지수적영향여모형조상비구유통계학차이(P <0.05)。결론:청해송목가완해양자유기적손해、제고지질과양화적억제작용,증가2형당뇨병소서적면역력。
Objection Through the study of Qinghai Aralia of different extracts of type 2 diabetes animal model of SOD and MDA in mice.Methods The diabetes mode was established used mice with SZT.Mice with elevated blood glucose were randomly divided in-to 5 groups:model group,N -butyl alcohol group,Ethyl acetate group,Ether group and positive group (Metformin hydrochloride), and a blank group is as control.In the administration of 14 d to take the mouse serum,The level of serum Superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)were measured by ELISA.The freshly thymus and spleen were removed to calculate the viscera index.Results Each extract of Qinghai Aralia improved the serum SOD activity,and decreased MDA level,especially the N -butyl alcohol group (P <0.01 or P <0.05),suggested that it could strengthen the body′s antioxidant activity,and relieve lipid peroxida-tion.Thymus index and spleen index on mice in N -butyl alcohol group significantly increased compared with model group (P <0.01), indicated that it could promote the growth of diabetic mice thymus,and strengthen the body′s immune ability.Conclusion Qinghai Aralia can alleviate the damage of oxygen free radicals,improve lipid oxidation inhibition and increase the immunity of mice with type 2 diabe-tes.
