延长气田下古生界储层以奥陶系马家沟组马五段地层为主力气层,具有低压、低孔、低渗特低渗以及致密的特点,且天然气中普遍含有H2S、CO2等腐蚀性气体,在生产作业过程中,会存在油管腐蚀损坏、断裂、压力泄漏等风险,严重影响气井生产.针对此类问题,从工艺和安全角度出发,以安全实用为目标,通过对完井管柱尺寸、结构、材质以及井口装置的研究分析,得到一套适合延长气田下古生界的完井管柱体系,为延长气田进入大规模开发奠定基础.

The fifth member of the Ordovician Majiagou group is the main reservoir in Lower Palaeozoic reservoir of Yanchang gas field,with the characteristics of low-pressure,low porosity,low permeability,low permeability and tight,and natural gas generally contain corrosive gases such as H2S and CO2,in the process of production and operation,there is the risk that tubing will be corroded,damaged,fractured and pressure leakaged,which will seriously affecting the production of gas well. To solve this problem,from the point of view of technology and safety,we obtained a suitable completion string system of Lower Palaeozoic reservoir of Yanchang gas field,by researching and analysising completion tubing size,tubing structure,tubing material and wellhead,to lay the foundation for large-scale development of Yanchang gas field.
