基于环境保护的原则,针对中国红树林已遭受严重围垦砍伐破坏的现状,在红树林生长规律的基础上,研发一种播种质量高、能耗低、可以广泛应用于红树林机械化种植的红树林种子泥模定位制作播种机.同时,分析了该机的工作原理,对其关键零部件建立有限元模型,并进行了基于Inventor的有限元分析.结果表明:播种机关键零部件的刚度和强度满足工作要求.

Based on the principle of environmental protection, in view of China's mangrove has suffered severe deforesta-tion reclamation, and the current are natural wild, breed very slowly, the seed survival rate is extremely low.In man-grove growth rule, on the basis of developing a seeding of good quality and low energy consumption, can be widely used in the mangrove mechanization planting mangrove seed planter clay localization production.By analyzing the working prin-ciple of the machine, the key parts to establish finite element model based on finite element analysis of Inventor.The re-sults showed that the seed drill stiffness and strength of key parts meet the job requirements.
